Waman Pednekar comes with a backing of over 24 years of experience in the core HR Function. A strong believer that Change is the only constant, he has continued to work on process change work throughout his career, He continues to have a keen interest in Human Behavior and human psychology and strongly believes that behaviors shape organizations. His skills in NLP and Brain Based Coaching has helped him in pursuing his Change Management Journey across organizations. He is a MBTI & Thomas PPA Practitioner and a trained psychotherapist too.

I've known Waman initially from the work we did together in ISABS in 2005 and thereafter through the common interests we share profesionally on change management, people management and behavioural processes. Waman is a sharp and astute professional who is committed to doing things creatively, differently and really adding value to the larger team or organisation that he is part of.
